He has filled the largest cathedral in norway with silhouettes of crows and toured Europe with the art-metal project KILLL, he´s created new stories in the narrative paintings in Oslo City Hall and created spaces for norwegian and foreign dance companies through his lights and scenographies.

By using architecture as a starting point for his lighting designs regardless if he´s working in cathedrals, the Oslo City Hall, Berlin nightclubs or a generic black box, he uses lights and other spacial techniques in sensitive interplay with the existing architecture to create new social settings. The audience is invited to go into dialogue with the space in ways that open up to new scenic experiences that literally pushes the audience out of the role of the spectator and into being an active participant in the situation.
